Return Policy

30 Day Return Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (less total shipping). We do not accept items for refund after 30 days have passed.

Items should be returned with their original product packaging. Please include a copy of your packing slip.

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
  • Any item with obvious signs of use.

Return Policy – Request a RMA Number:

We ask that you request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number via email at sales@mindgadgets.com
A confirmation email with your RMA Number will be sent. The returned package should display the RMA Number outside the shipping box. All products must be in resalable condition.

The packing slip should accompany returns to help ensure accuracy. If you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. Once the return is received, please allow up to 7 days for processing. When processed, the return will be credited to the purchase payment form.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping cost is non-refundable. If your order includes free shipping, your account will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

Please Note:
If a product is being returned, it should be in resalable condition. If the products received are incomplete, missing parts, scratched, or damaged, Mind Gadgets reserves the right to refuse to credit the customer’s account, and the product will be returned, or there will be a partial refund. Mind Gadgets is not responsible for damaged products due to poor packaging or lost shipments when returned. If your product arrived damaged in transit, you should refuse delivery or return it to the freight carrier. Please inform Mind Gadgets of such shipping problems right away. Order Cancellations:
To cancel an order after it has been made, let us know through email or phone as soon as possible. To ensure accuracy, please include the Order ID (Customer Number) for the order you want to cancel.
